Pizzas for Dinner

On Friday for an easy dinner DS and I made pizzas. It was lots of fun, DS loved making his own pizzas, I had to help spread out the toppings otherwise they would of been very clumped but other wise he made his own.

Ingredient BowlsThe ingredients we used were:

  • Pita Bread for Base
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Carrot
  • Capsicum
  • Ham
  • Pineapple
  • Chicken and
  • Cheese.

The Chef loved putting everything on (except I wouldn’t let him put on both Chicken and Ham on the same pizza)

He had lots of fun, his favourite pizza was one with Ham, Carrot, Capsicum and Pineapple. We didn’t put much cheese on each pizza to try and keep them healthy.

Coast Camping Trip

At the end of January we joined some other families from Church down the coast for a relaxed week camping. We had a great time paddle boarding, swimming, blueberry picking relaxing, and hanging out with our church family.

Here are some photos from the trip:

Combined Artwork

DS had number of willing helpers for his artwork, infact DS enjoyed playing with the kids over the week, he was most disappointed when they went home.

Given that we were in the same place for over a week, we added a Tarp over the top of the tent to stop the tent from getting dirty. It did stop that, we also expected it to help keep the tent cool, which it did, but it wasn’t as warm as we expected so the temperature difference wasn’t huge. It was a bit hard getting it up, but we had some willing volunteers help which made it easier.
